We have stopped and disabled the below services.
  • Websense Data Security Manager Server
  • Websense Data Security Message Broker
  • Websense Data Security Batch Server
  • Websense Data Task Scheduler
  • Websense Data Policy Engine
Ran the below SQL queries,

update PA_CONFIG_PROPERTIES set VALUE = 'COMPLETED' where NAME = 'LDAP_IMPORT_PROCESS_STATUS' and GROUP_NAME = 'USERS_REPOSITORY'

update PA_CONFIG_PROPERTIES set VALUE = '' where NAME = 'LDAP_IMPORT_PROCESS_STATUS' and GROUP_NAME = 'USERS_REPOSITORY'
