Unable to access the Forcepoint Web-security Module through the Forcepoint console.

Dear Nikhil,

During the session we observed that server was re-started today and Policy server service was not running due to corrupted websense.ini
Replaced websense.ini and config.xml file from the latest backup and Policy server service started but still we were not able to login to the TRITON manager.

We found the below files were corrupted.
WsCA.p12 or WsJCA.p12
WsJStore.p12

Stopped the service and deleted the above p12 file and re-started services.

Post re-started the services logged-in to the TRITON manager and p12 files created.

Now, we are able to login to the TRITON manager.
